Day 169: Have a good one
Today was hot and humid. So biked it to work, sporting my Dirty Coast T. Great day, even got in some late afternoon pool time. The water’s almost warm enough to get in!

Day 168: I couldn’t resist
Had another dinner at studio 3 tonight and I’m so enamored with the props Jonathan builds. So I had to sneak in a back room and take a pic. This one reminds me of summer.

Day 167: Apt upgrade
Been looking for some new pillows for my sofa and finally found some I like. Somehow, my little upgrades are making my place feel more adult-like than the “college” feel. Took long enough.
-
Day 166: Easter
I went to church with my aunt, uncle, cousin, his wife and son. Was a great day and Jacob sat by me in church.
-
Day 165: Sunny Saturday
Enjoyed a day in the sun. 1st up, an 8 mile bike ride by the lake, then lunch on the patio followed by drinks and dinner at Morton’s on the river.
-
Day 164: good Friday indeed
After traveling back to Louisiana today, came straight to my aunt’s house for some crawfish and fun. Spent some time with the cousins’ kids, swinging and goofing off.
-
Day 163: Reunion time
Dinner Lab tonight allowed me to reconnect with Laura and Jim. 2 of the most amazing people I know. So glad they enjoyed the experience of great food and conversation. Awesome launch in DC.

Day 162: Friends in DC
Flew to DC today for several meetings. Ended the night with one of my faves, former Atlanta and current DC reporter Justin Gray. The night was not long enough for our catchup. But a great few hours together.

Day 161: A day of work
Work, work, and work. That’s my Tuesday. Ended at our Zombie Apocalypse dinner.

Day 160: Kale
Work, workout and cooking. That was my agenda today. And specifically cooking kale. Bought some at the farmers market and tonight, cooked it with Olive oil and a little parmesan cheese. Not a bad 1st try
