Our May trip took us back to Vegas, and this one was a doozy. We were heading to see No Doubt at The Sphere.
If you’ve read this blog or keep up with my social media, you know we saw the Eagles in September here. Because of that, we get the emails for the other concerts, and when I saw that No Doubt was coming, I signed up for the presale. After waiting for what seemed like forever, I scored 2 tickets in the 200 section and then months later, May was here.
We headed out there late Thursday night, arriving at the Aria around 11pm. Since we were so late and had done numerous trips to Vegas, we went straight to bed and decided to make a fun day of it on Friday. So we did our normal coffee and walk Friday am before grabbing a Lyft to the Arts District and hitting up a few breweries during the day. It was fun and we always enjoy meeting people in that area.

That night, we went to dinner at Jean Georges Steakhouse in the Aria. For years, we had wanted to go here, and I’m glad we finally did. I had fish and Chuck had steak, of course, and both of our meals were outstanding. We enjoyed the heck out of it and will definitely return.

Saturday was concert day, so we just hung out around the Aria before walking towards the Venetian. We did our normal pre-concert drinks and food at Smith and Wollensky before making our way to the show.
Finally, it was showtime and it was just as amazing as I thought. The band played a lot of the hits and a few songs that I hadn’t heard in years. The videos they showed from the early years were great and the graphics were outstanding. It was worth every penny and I danced as much as I possibly could! Afterwards, we made our way back to the hotel and stopped for a nightcap at the Vdara bar. Plus, we were just pooped from the fun and long day.

On Sunday, we slept in a little and then did a little walk before hanging out at the pool for a bit. The day ended with dinner at Bavette’s, which we both really enjoyed. We were still so exhausted from Saturday that we went to bed early.
We headed out on Monday but our trip was definitely one for the books and No Doubt, was Hella Good!
