I’m pretty behind on my blogging but finally getting around to writing about our quick trip to Las Vegas in March. We found a pretty cheap flight, or cheap for right now, and got a great deal on a room at the Bellagio. We’ve been wanting to stay there since we started going to Vegas, so figured why not.
It was kind of an odd trip for us. We got to Vegas on Sunday morning early, so we dropped off our bags and went to grab breakfast at one of the cafes on site. They had a room for us available fairly early, which was nice, so we got to the room and unpacked. Then we did our normal walking around for a bit before grabbing lunch at Hell’s Kitchen. We’ve been wanting to come here for a long time and I’m so glad we finally made it! It was fantastic.

We did some more walking around and grabbed a drink at the bar inside The Cromwell. That hotel was closing to rebrand the next week or so. So it was an ode to something we had enjoyed over a few years.
After a day of walking around, we ended the day having dinner at the newest restaurant by Bobby Flay, Brasserie B. It was absolutely phenomenal.
We were there until Wednesday afternoon, and I worked most of the time, but we got in some great dinners at Scarpetta in the Cosmo and Bardot Brasserie at the Aria. We also had a wonderful happy hour at the newest bar at Eately. Overall, while we didn’t get to walk around and explore as much as we normally do, this trip was still a lot of fun and we got to check out some new places.
