This weekend was my bridal shower in my hometown and it was great. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was thrilled to see so many people I hadn’t seen in a while.
The food was plentiful, but as with any event where you are the central figure, I didn’t get to enjoy it as much as I would’ve liked. But everyone else did and I’m so glad they were able to come.
Chuck was really excited over the gifts and gift cards. I think he was even more surprised than I was over the generosity of my family and friends.
3 months away to the big day and it’s finally getting to be fun.
