Day 54: Say hello to my new friend
I took Amy and Jenny down to Marrero for a swamp tour. We saw nutria (swamp rats), an armadillo, birds and a baby gator. He was very friendly and Amy loved him as much as I did. Now we need to go back when it’s warmer to see the big boys!

Day 52: Last day in Mississippi
Heading back to New Orleans tomorrow, but hanging out with Cooper (and his Rebel Bear blanket) my last night here.

Hanging with my oldest nephew and sister at my parent’s house. Oh and the dog-sister

Day 49: Wrapping presents
Had a few last minute things to get so spending Christmas Eve night wrapping presents. ..and watching football.

Day 46: Family fun day
I took the nephews on their first streetcar ride. I think they liked it. So did my dad. They also tried alligator and loved it. Got to spend some time playing football in the park and hanging out at home. Pretty good Saturday.

Day 45: Crazy nephews in the Quarter
Hanging out with my nephews in New Orleans. It was kind of hot so we got snoballs. I think the kids loved them.
