Day 242: A 6 year old (almost)
I won’t get to see the nephew on his birthday, so we celebrated today. This almost 6 year old is a bit goofy.

Day 241: Cousin time
Was able to spend some time with my cousin, Sarah, today. She and her family are in town from Egypt and it was great meeting her kids. Great 4th of July.

Day 239: It’s hot
Parked on the deck today, and the dome is just next door. After work, my car said it was 100 degrees outside. I believe it.

Day 238: The USA is exhausting
No sleep last night as I was so excited for the game. Other than the outcome, it didn’t disappoint. But now…. I’m pooped. Still, so proud of the effort by the US National Team. Can’t wait for the next tourney and 2018.

Day 237: My name on the wall
It’s not quite “in lights” but as official as I can be. This is the entrance to my cube. Week 2 of the new job is going well so far.

Day 236: A recliner in a bar
More World Cup action today. And spent it at Manning’s, in the recliner. Best way to watch sports, for sure!

Day 235: Grillin
Hit Manning’s for the Brazil/Chile game this morning…a little pool action in the afternoon and grilled veggies in the evening. Perfect Saturday.

Day 234: Rain, rain, go away
It’s rained everyday for over a week. But I managed to squeeze in some pool time during a cloudy break. The sun needs to make an appearance this weekend! !
