Day 262: Girls weekend
I’m in Chicago with 2 of the best: Kathleen and Stacey. Great Cuban dinner with mojitos. Can’t go wrong with that!

Day 261: I volunteer
Today is volunteer day at work. I went by to handle some media but also jumped in to help sort books at the school. We are working hard to get the school ready for the kids to arrive on Aug 5.

Day 259: Countdown to Italy
Today I booked my trip to Italy for Al and Katharina’s wedding in Apulia, Italy. I’m so excited! It’s going to be an amazing time and great trip! !!

Day 258: How am I supposed to cook?
Got home and the light in the kitchen was messed up…. and it won’t turn on. Fortunately the landlord is having it fixed tomorrow. Plus I was able to use the microwave light to cook. Phew

Day 257: Recovery mode
Spent the day relaxing after an awesome night out. This pic shows the 2nd line we ran across after the dinner on Saturday, since there was no photo moment for Sunday.

Day 255: Celebrating a 40th
Stacey decided to come to New Orleans to celebrate her 40th. So she, Beth and I hit up Broussard’s for a fabulous dinner. It has been a while since I’ve seen her. This was so fun.

Busy day at the office. So I hit the patio at Herbsaint for some wine before heading back in.
