Day 282: SEC!
It’s been a long time coming, but the SEC network launched today. And I thoroughly enjoyed watching it, once I got home from work and happy hour!

Day 281: Lunch meeting
I rarely get to leave the office for lunch, but had a meeting today at the restaurant across the street. It was awesome getting outside, even for a short time.

Day 280: Cake!
My serious sweet tooth was craving cake, so I found a low fat recipe and went to baking. It turned out good and moist and my sweet tooth is happy! !

Day 279: Football time
Noticed some workers on the roof of the superdome today, getting it ready for the first football game this Friday. I can’t believe it’s football time!

Day 278: Rain won’t stop us
After a morning of showers, it cleared up enough to go on a bike ride by the river then a swim and cook out with the neighbors. Sunday funday, indeed.

Day 275: Walking in NOLA
Walking to and from work has been nice. A little sweaty, but really good health wise.

Day 274: Columns
Hit the Columns hotel for happy hour and it ended up lasting much longer. The place is beautiful.

Day 273: Not a glamorous life
Some days, life is just routine. Today, I did laundry after working and getting in some exercise. Not boring, but just routine.
