A year ago at this time I was starting the “getting ready” process before our wedding. It was a really awesome day and a great way to start our marriage off. However, it was only the beginning. The past year has seen us deal with surgeries, illnesses, crappy job situations, fun trips, trips that were cut short due to work, trips that came about due to work and tons and tons of walking in our city. I wouldn’t change it for the world.
If year one is any indication, we’ll have so many adventures, trials and wins for the rest of our lives. Someone said marriage is hard. I disagree. We always find our compromise. But most importantly, we have fun. And that’s how we plan to continue.
So cheers to a year and to many many more as husband and wife!!
