Chuck and I are getting closer to the wedding and we couldn’t be more excited. But added to the last minute details we are having to confirm is the fact that we aren’t fully into our new apartment yet. It’s stressful, although it is getting to be a bit more manageable as we complete a lot of the small tasks on the list to make our place our home.
One of the beauties of city living is the fact that there are restaurants and bars just steps away from our place. One of those is the Alabama alumni bar, The Rusty Nail. It’s been a nice break to head over there on Saturdays to watch the Tide roll. One more Saturday to go then hopefully the playoff and championship game. It’s a good 4 hour distraction from all of the life stuff we are working on.
