My yearly vacation with the family was cut to just a weekend due to work. But Chuck and I were able to get in a solid weekend in Destin.
The month of May, and part of April, have been difficult both professionally and personally for both of us. So even a short weekend at the beach was a welcome break.
However, reality has a way of rearing her ugly head. So when I’m getting bummed out over things outside of my control, I just look at my pic of the beach and try to think of being there and relaxed. And hope we can make another one happen…. Soon
