Taking on New Adventures

It’s happened.  I’m now in the midst of full-on wedding planning. And it’s finally  a tad bit fun. So here’s the rundown of what’s been going on:

–I went to my 3rd dress shop on Saturday and to my surprise, my mom was there. I tried on 3 dresses and the 3rd was in the lead. Then, my consultant added lace straps to it and it became the one. So dress shopping is done. I have it!

–Cake tasting followed after lunch and Chuck and I made some quick decisions. The best part is that we ended up with a more traditional cake than we anticipated and we are both pretty happy with the decision.  So check. 

–We have a date!  And a venue!  That’s the best news. We’re thrilled we can do it at Tableau and cannot wait to see how it all turns out next January.  

Now all the other things are waiting to be confirmed but I’m all good with that.  Let the fun continue!!
