After moving to NOLA, I realized how much I relied on someone pushing me to my limit in the gym. I can’t really afford a personal trainer but I definitely wanted someone other than me pushing me to try new moves. Enter Barre3. A new studio opened a block from work and I was convinced to try it out. I fell in love in the first class. And after 5 classes over 3 weeks, I’m noticing results. It’s super difficult but super effective and I always feel like I accomplished something at the end of the class. Thanks to that, I’ve amped up my cardio workouts. So maybe I’m on the right path to toning up to where I was a year and a half ago and maybe even going beyond that.
