Day 28: I’m officially a Louisiana driver

45 minutes at the DMV, which I’m told is like a record time here, $21.50, plus 2 crazy Yats in front of me….. and I officially have my license. It was quite an experience and I hope someone writes a book about the people at the New Orleans DMV one day. Better yet, a reality show.
